Participants will explore the dimensions of Insights Transformational Leadership alongside other authentic leadership models based on current research and best practices. The programme creates space to explore common challenges women face in leadership roles and provides practical strategies for developing presence, building effective relationships, delivering results, and creating meaningful change. Each session balances theory with practical application, encouraging deep self-reflection and actionable insights that participants can immediately apply in their professional environments.
